Girls Who Invest

As part of our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, we are a proud partner of Girls Who Invest (GWI). GWI is a non-profit organization focused on education, industry outreach and career placement for young women who want to become the next generation of leading investors. The organization has a goal to ensure 30% of the world’s capital is managed by women by 2030. 

MetLife hosted the class of 2023 graduation ceremony at our offices as more than 200 rising college juniors celebrated graduation, marking their transition to summer internships at leading asset management firms, including MetLife Investment Management (MIM).
