Indemnification

Severability; waiver

No failure or delay of MetLife in enforcing any term, exercising any option or requiring performance will be a waiver of that or any other right of TMR.
Communication using the MIML website
The MIML website may, now or in the future, contain functionality or features that permit submissions to MetLife. Any suggestion, material, information or idea or intellectual property communicated by you to MetLife through the MIML website or posted on the MIML website (a “Submission”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, unless and to the extent that MetLife specifically agrees in writing to separate terms and conditions at the time of the submission. Each Submission will become the property of MetLife upon communication to MetLife. Remedies for misuse

You further agree that injunctive relief, in addition to any other remedies available, will be warranted in order to enforce these Terms. You further understand that unauthorised use of the MIML website may expose you to civil and criminal liability and that MetLife may report violations of these Terms to and cooperate fully with the appropriate law enforcement authorities concerning any violations hereof.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim including non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
You and MIML irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
