Aurélie Hariton-Fardad is Head of EMEA Portfolio Management and Global Head of Sustainability for Private Fixed Income at MetLife Investment Management (MIM).

In her portfolio management role, she leads a team that helps insurance and pension clients build diversified portfolios of infrastructure debt and corporate private credit. Focus is on high-quality and crossover investments that deliver both returns and resilience. Aurélie is also the Portfolio Manager of MIM’s Dublin-domiciled infrastructure debt and private credit funds.

In her sustainability role, Aurélie is driving ESG integration across the Private Fixed Income platform. Her team delivers independent verifications for MIM’s sustainability strategies, ensuring rigour and accountability. Aurélie also sits on the MIM Sustainability Investment Council.

Aurélie’s career spans over 20 years in infrastructure, credit and sustainability. She joined MetLife in 2015 through MIM’s origination and credit team. Before that, she spent over a decade in infrastructure and transport at Macquarie and S&P, with earlier roles in structured finance at GE Capital and economic consulting at Oxera.

Aurélie earned a M.Sc. in Regulation from the London School of Economics, a M.A. in Industrial Organisation from Université Paris Dauphine, and a law degree from Université of Lyon.
